The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and all transactions conducted through the site. All information appearing on this website is the property of NEXTMIL MASTERMIND LLC, hereinafter, “NEXTMIL,” and may not be used for commercial purposes whatsoever without prior written permission from NEXTMIL. This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including membership prices, may be changed, or updated without notice.
By completing the NEXTMIL Application Form, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and releases:
1. Participation Subject to Approval by NEXTMIL:
I acknowledge and agree that NEXTMIL is a private company. As such, NEXTMIL, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual from any of NEXTMIL’s programs, educational videos, events, meetings, or functions, if it is considered that said individual:
i) is not in compliance with terms of NEXTMIL’s program agreement;
ii) poses a threat to the safety, security, or intellectual property of NEXTMIL, its members, participants, speakers, educators, sponsors, or guests;
iii) engages in conduct that disturbs the order, peace, or harmony of NEXTMIL’s events, meetings, or functions; or
iv) willfully attempts to defame NEXTMIL or any of NEXTMIL’s members, participants, speakers, educators, sponsors, or guests.
Any consulting obligation ceases at the end of the consulting term or upon non-payment of any payments arranged.
2. Informational Purposes Only:
NEXTMIL does not render legal, tax, economic, or investment advice. All materials and information utilized by NEXTMIL on its website, in courses, meetings, events, functions, or seminars, are for informational purposes only and shall not be interpreted as providing legal, accounting, or financial advice. Any opinion expressed individually by NEXTMIL’s guest speakers, educators, members, participants, sponsors, or guests is provided in their individual capacities and does not reflect the opinion or beliefs of NEXTMIL. I agree to consult with my own legal counsel, accountant, or licensed professional to assess the risks and legal, tax, or economic consequences of real estate investments and any information provided by NEXTMIL.
3. Consent and Release:
By executing this application or registration form, I hereby give NEXTMIL consent and permission to use my name, likeness, character, image, and appearance in any picture, photo, video, recording, audiotape, digital image, and the like, taken by NEXTMIL. I further give NEXTMIL permission to use any photograph or video taken of me at any of NEXTMIL’s events for marketing purposes. I hereby hold harmless, release, discharge, and agree to indemnify NEXTMIL, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, or contractors from any and all actions, claims, or demands that may exist or arise out of the use of my character or likeness.
4. Consent to Electronic Communication:
I hereby authorize NEXTMIL to use my email address for any communications related to NEXTMIL. I understand that my authorization will remain in effect until my consent to receive electronic transmission is revoked by notifying NEXTMIL of the same in writing. I agree to promptly notify NEXTMIL of any changes to my email address to maintain accurate contact information on file with NEXTMIL.
5. Recording or Videotaping Prohibited:
The communication used in NEXTMIL’s seminars, meetings, events, or functions may contain confidential, proprietary, or privileged information. It is intended to be communicated solely to the members or guests in attendance at a NEXTMIL event. I hereby agree that recording or videotaping of any kind during NEXTMIL’s seminars or meetings is strictly prohibited. I further agree that I will not disclose, copy, or distribute any information provided by NEXTMIL, its guest speakers, educators, members, participants, sponsors, or guests.
6. Your Privacy:
NEXTMIL is the sole owner of the information collected through this website. NEXTMIL only has access to/collects information that is voluntarily provided by its members, participants, and/or guests through email, completion of online applications, or any other direct contact. NEXTMIL will not sell or rent this information to anyone. NEXTMIL will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization unless you request further communication from NEXTMIL. You consent to receive electronic correspondence, invitations, newsletters, or changes to this privacy policy unless otherwise specified.
7. Refund, Delivery, and Cancellation Policies:
Refund Policy: Refunds for deposits, memberships, or other transactions are subject to the specific terms set for each program. For deposits, refunds are available upon request within 3 days of submission if qualifications are not met.
Delivery Policy: Information on how services, including membership access or event participation, will be delivered is provided at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy: If applicable, the cancellation terms for memberships or program participation will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. If no specific cancellation policy is provided at the time of purchase, refunds are granted at the sole discretion of NEXTMIL. In such cases, any approved refunds will be subject to a deduction for the credit card processing fee incurred during the original transaction.
8. Use of Promotions and Discounts:
