Interested individuals complete an application form providing details about their business background, experience, and motivations for joining. This should include details of their professional achievements and a clear articulation of what they can contribute to the group and what they hope to gain from it.
The founders or a designated committee review these applications to identify potential candidates who align with the group's core values and mission.
Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview, either in person, via phone call, or video conference. This is an opportunity to better understand their fit for the group, assess their commitment, and answer any questions they may have about the Mastermind.
After the interviews and any necessary follow-ups, the committee makes a decision. If a candidate is approved, they are offered membership and provided with the information necessary to join and participate.
